Got a good deal on a Toyota RAV4 (did my research) and it was truly a low pressure sales experience. Alex was great - answered all my questions over the phone, held the car when I gave him a heads up I was heading over (2 hr drive for me), and helped me get started with loan approval online so didn’t have to worry about that when I got there. Literally the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Test drives are done without a salesperson and there was no one outside on the lot so we were free to walk around and browse, which was good except when you had a question and then you had to go inside and wait to be helped (which on a Sunday meant a fairly long wait time but that's not really their fault). Really check everything these guys do sold us a car , we thought it had no accidents 7 years later after paying it off car fax says 2 accidents! The car fax they showed us at the time said no accidents! Buyers beware!
