I tried to go to the address that was shown, and it turned out being an admin business entity only. Then I tried to call their access number and was told it was to engineering services CCTV railway.?? Very frustrating and confusing
Totally incompetent people. You can't even trust them to give your message to a professional, nor can you expect any of them to suggest we be able to contact our behavioral health professionals via MyChart (this is an option at Kaiser, which is where I came from but had to join Medi-Cal as the premium was too expensive & I was unemployed), nor do you have any info as to if they are sending documentation that is crucial. I also would never give this place a star. Minus five. I called about my anxiety. The lady by the name of Sandy did nothing but give me bad advice. She said don't go to work. You're not safe. I told her forget it, I'll be fine, I just wanted my doctor to prescribe something for my panic attack. She called police. I asked her not to do that. One star is too much for the way they treat their patients. Disgusting. Traumatizing. Staff could care less about your mental health. I was not allowed to shower the whole time I was there.
