On time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and good advice about what repairs are needed. I appreciate that they answer their phone, or get back to me promptly. CCAS is the BEST! Excellent service, reliable & knowledgeable, personnel, and are personable & caring. Cannot say enough. Our Samsung French Door Frig had a noisy fan in upper unit due to frosting over and they returned several times at no charge to make it right. Great looking frig, but poorly made long term functioning electronics. CCAS has been diligent to help figure out the cause, problem(s) and solutions!!! 📣👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
They were polite, nice, answer my questions excellently well. if I need the services again, I will be calling.
