Don’t live here. It isn’t luxury, it’s a rip off. Yes, the building was built recently, but it was built terribly. The place is absolutely falling apart. Every corner that could be cut during construction, was cut. Garage and public spaces are constantly broken into for theft and vandalism. Unhoused people sleep in vestibule because the front door to the building can just be pulled open even when locked. I have lived at Contour on Prospect for 4 years. I love the location, staff and quality of the apartments. The apartments feel modern and well-designed, with big windows and updated finishes. I also appreciate the amenities like the gym and underground parking, especially in the winter. Management has been responsive, and the building is generally clean and quiet. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a newer place in a great area.
I have lived at Contour for 4 years and I absolutely love it! The location to the lake is unbeatable, maintenance is always fast and responsive, and the indoor parking availability is a huge plus. the balconies are spacious and we love the under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. highly recommend for anyone looking on the East Side!
If you are thinking of moving here, ask yourself if you want to hear your neighbors consistently and feel like you have zero privacy. Want to hear your neighbors going to the restroom at 3am in the morning, don’t worry for an overpriced basic apartment you can get that! Want insects climbing through your apartment don’t worry they got them too! Would not consider this place anything close to luxury at all and it is nothing close to the price.
