I lived at Contour for the last 4 years, and unfortunately the complex has really been on a decline in terms of quality and care for the last 2 years. It used to be a luxury complex with young professionals, but now it is loud and unkempt. The halls are constantly full of dog hair. I could hear neighbors arguing throughout the night on a fairly regular basis. One tenant drunkenly broke their door off the hinges. Living here for the last four years I can't say enough good things. Management has always been fast and flexible, maintenance is quick, building clean, never heard neighbors. Never had a package stolen or missing and in Milwaukee that is RARE! It truly is in the heart of the best area of Milwaukee for anyone who loves to enjoy city life on the lake with tons of restaurants and convivences like Whole Foods.
