I placed an order on 7/31/2022 My card was charged and no product yet! I have tried calling several times only to get a voicemail. No calls have been given back but one saying we are very short staffed. I received an email stating it will be shipped next week which was July 5th. I only want a straight answer

I just placed an order with this company with express shipping. I need the items ASAP. I emailed them to confirm I could get them on time. They emailed me back within minutes and informed me they would get the order processed and over to shipping! Wonderful service!
Pillow selection is great. Customer service is very helpful. Back Max and legacy pillow are the best pillows we have!!
