I was very disappointed with my weave, and the problem was ignored, and not fixed. Four hours was spent on my hair and the outcome was hideous. I was allowed to leave the studio with a weave that looked so horrible, that anyone who saw me could not believe this weave was done by a professional. I will never ever come back!!!! You deserve a -0 for performance, and customer service.

Honeyyyy, I feel like a brand new woman. Miss DD stayed PASS hours to show me amazing love with this sew in. Helped me embrace a new color and look and style...then turned around and gave me tips on how to keep it up for awhile. Highly recommended! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and kind. There's no chance you'll be disappointed!!
The keratin treatment she used messed up my curls and she was very dismissive and disrespectful when asked about it. Update!!! : I see the so called stylist left a response to my review. I have pictures of my keratin treatment and my hair is bone straight. The keratin I requested was for help with frizz. I’ve gotten keratin in the past and my curls reverted back, this time it looks like I have a relaxer in my head. Very disappointed now I have to find products to bring my curls back.
Got a keratin treatment and so happy with the results. A great environment surrounded by good people. Professional and reasonably priced for my extra extra long hair.
