don't bother – please don't consider moving here. the owners are searching for buyers and don't do much for repairs. there have been 4 managers in the last 1 1/2 years. For repairs, the manager will often say that repair requests need to be written and submited but that doesn't mean that repairs are handled in a timely manner.
