the massage therapists and the pedicurist were awesome
From the first second I was entered ,I was Welcomed with a smile,and kindness,friendly staff. I ben escorted each room ,and helped with all my questions.I got facial from Tzurit,massage from Richard,and last but not least ...my nails,and pedicure from Marnie! I went to a change,get a locker,a ropes,and a flip flop.It was no waiting time,everybody was ready for me.I loved a professional staff.They ask,listen,and make it to happen. My husband and I went today and had the platinum room experience! Then the salt room experience what an amazing day! We loved it
I had a terrifying and worse experience of my life here when I went to get my nails done. Paid -> noticed dirty stations ->nail polish was shrinking on my nails-> decided to get it removed -> they agreed for a refund -> followed up after few days -> they made false claims that they did not put any polish on me yet I got the service done(didn't make sense) -> threatened me for a legal action(lol) Please keep my money and buy some good quality products for your "spa"
