I had the BEST experience with Dr Anne Lee at CC Crows Nest thanks to Gaston from Newton clinic who coordinated the appointment so smoothly for me. Dr Lee is such a knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and the kindest specialist you could ask for. She not only listened and answered all my questions, she went far and beyond making me feel safe and comfortable all the way during my treatments. I got laser here twice after a good experience with Botox. I got nits twice in two months. I told them about it, because I’m pretty sure the laser + nits caused an allergic reaction (which made the second round of laser useless). “You must have got is somewhere else.” I WFH, don’t have/not around children. Obviously, I no longer go here.
