If I could give zero stars I would. This is the least helpful company ever. I hope you never have to deal with Continuum Rx of Huntsville, especially the enteral feeding department! Candy was often full of excuses and very unhelpful in my opinion. She is the only one you could talk to for enteral feeding. My daughter never received the ng tubes we were told we would get. They always “forgot” to send her refill information. They even made me call the pediatrician multiple times to fix her orders. I don’t think it is my job to... read more
Sent wrong kit!! when I called, they said there was a shortage. That is such an easy excuse, they should have notified their customers instead of being shocked. I would not use this company again!
