Don't live here. No-one will care about the issues in your apartment. Expect to be charmed at first, and then ignored the rest of the time. Management basically doesn't exist, but if every once in a while you actually reach anyone, they will be unfriendly and insulting. Appliances are cheap and the building is poorly constructed.
The worst management company This experience was horrendous. The management company doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls, and lost my rent payments multiple times. They are lazy and lack any type of responsibility for their missteps. Every single month I lived there, there was a problem with my rent. They don’t care about the residents and make up excuses for their incompetence. Whatever you do, do not live here
Continuum is the BEST building in White Plains My fiancé and I have lived in the Continuum Building for one year and we absolutely love living this luxury building. All of the staff that work here truly make a difference. When we first moved here Jan 2020 we met Anthony, Johnny and Dorian. These guys are amazing. WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY OF ALL TIME They absolutely do not care about tenants. The management company is the worst. You will regret moving here.

Terrible Experience at Continuum White Plains and LCOR I am a previous resident of Continuum White Plains, where I experienced the worst housing I’ve had in all my years renting. I am relieved to no longer reside there. I’ll confirm a number of issues that many others have already shared. Everything was cheap. Great experience. Recently downsized. The Continuum has been a great so far! My friendly neighbours, office staff, and front desk really make this place feel like home. We recently sold our house and downsized in to an apartment. It was liberating getting rid of all the extra things in your life you realize you don't need! Continuum has top-notch common grounds that made this life-transition so easy for us.
Do not move here! This is the most poorly managed apartment building I've ever lived in. There was a couple weeks where fire alarms went off for three nights in a row in the middle of the night and during the day and the building couldn't figure out what was wrong. Communication from management is awful. Parking is valet only and takes forever to get your car. The building isn't fit to live peacefully I moved in last week to a unit in this building since I had to relocate quickly to White Plains. Pros Close to the Metro-North station: 10-minutes walk New furnishings Floor-to-ceiling windows Cons Neither maintenance nor leasing agents are responsive to issues.
