they are closing there office and will not refer us to another physician all they are saying are temporary closed until March.

This has to be the worse doctors office i have ever been to. I have never been to an office were they schedule their patients appts every 5min we waited 4 hours to see the doctor. The receptionist was so rude and could not tell us how long we had and then the m.a. said that he was not allowed to speak to the doctor
It’s so intense but such positive learning. Heartfelt support from the other parents.
Our appt was at 6:30p, he was seen at 9:40p and we got out of there by 10:15p. This needs improvement!
The main receptionist avoided our questions and sent us in to talk to someone else because she was on the company phone talking to someone about "being good at the party"- obviously a personal phone call and ignoring patients. The last person to the right once you go in acted like we were wasting her time and she had better things to do other than HER JOB and deal with the patients. Absolutely horrible staff. Customer service skills -1.
My appointment was at 1:30. They saw me at 4pm. They wait was terrible.
