Although we only utilized Continuum of Cape Cod's services for a very short time, it was clear they are an amazing organization! Compassionate, Dedicated, Professional and have successfully surrounded themselves with staff who truly have a gift. Gretchen attended Dad with such care, being so gentle and telling him what she was doing every step of the way. Ruth and Judy advocated for Dad in a way I was not able. I used Continuum Hospice to help my wife through her last few weeks. I was so appreciative of their skills and care. Continuum Hospice provided us with a team that was with us until the end. We had Registered Nurses, licensed care givers, a Social Worker, and even a Chaplain. They taught me how to care for my wife so I became a de facto member of the team. Passing is never easy but Continuum Hospice allowed my wife to be home and comfortable until the end.
