I used Continuum Hospice to help my wife through her last few weeks. I was so appreciative of their skills and care. Continuum Hospice provided us with a team that was with us until the end. We had Registered Nurses, licensed care givers, a Social Worker, and even a Chaplain. They taught me how to care for my wife so I became a de facto member of the team. Passing is never easy but Continuum Hospice allowed my wife to be home and comfortable until the end.
Although we only utilized Continuum of Cape Cod's services for a very short time, it was clear they are an amazing organization! Compassionate, Dedicated, Professional and have successfully surrounded themselves with staff who truly have a gift. Gretchen attended Dad with such care, being so gentle and telling him what she was doing every step of the way. Ruth and Judy advocated for Dad in a way I was not able.
