This is a review for Continuum Home Solutions LLC, the third party installer used by Costco to install a gas washer dryer tower. Dealing with this situation was an unbelievable two month nightmare. Continuum failed to show up for deliveries, does not answer their phone or return voicemail messages, and was unresponsive to the most fundamental concerns and issues related to their installation. They are more scam than real. Too bad that costco chose such company. I am in process with costco to find a solution as they simply disappeared and no way to be reached. At the end of the day, costco who should fix this and hopefully they can improve such bad business.
This is not the company that installs appliances for Costco. That company is Continuum Home Solutions, not Homecare Solutions. Continuum Home Solutions, with Jose Gilberto and Luis Wilber did a great job. I was prepared for the worst, but they were truly professional. Swept up the area where the old dishwasher resided, carefully brought the new dishwasher, after inspecting it in the driveway, up the stairs. Salgado Arevalo is a liar. He told Costco that he didn’t touch in my house when left without warning left my house after disconnecting the supply line to my dishwasher . Damage to my floors with the supply line they left open is inevitable. I have water across my kitchen now.
FYI- This is address is for Continuum "Homecare" not affiliated with the CostCo install service, (I was unable to find an associated Yelp page for Continuum Home Solutions) but I just had a gas range installed and was very pleased by "Continuum Home Solutions". While I was worried when I received a call to reschedule due to a technician being out sick, they arrived early in their estimated window, were very efficient & overall satisfied with the service!
