Dr. Hayes at Continuum Chiropractic has been a huge help with my neck and lower back pain. He takes the time to listen, explains what he’s doing, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better, not just giving a quick adjustment and sending you out the door. I’ve noticed real improvement and am so grateful for the relief and the thoughtful care he provides. Maddie at the front desk is also kind and engaging, and makes every visit feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.

I have fibromyalgia, which means that I live with chronic pain and joint/muscle issues.
