Often times it seems as though they can’t get scheduling right, more than once I’ve scheduled an appointment only to show up & be told it was an hour later (even though I had an appointment card in hand with the “incorrect time” on it). Receptionist is rude and doesnt give you the time of day. This place needs a receptionist that is empathetic and respectful.

The receptionist Amanda is rude doesn't like to be helpful and because of them not ever returning paperwork to short term disability I was denied 2 times and lost over $4,000 if my money. Please don't waste your time here

Some of the doctors are really good, but unfortunately, the good ones don't stay long. The doctors seem to have the same issue that the patients have, in that the office staff sucks, no nice way to put it. The customer service is terrible, the phones are always busy and you often don't get call backs until days after you leave messages, appointments are double booked, wrong times given, HUGE csrew ups with prescriptions - for months in a row they kept sending my scripts to a totally different pharmacy in another city, even t... read more
