I have loved living here. Management is great and very responsive, and everything is always clean and maintained. Neighbors are also respectful and quiet.
Continuum Apartments has great amenities and an amazing team who even host community events
Like so many of the other reviews have already mentioned the constant fire alarms make this place borderline unlivable. The Continuum management is apparently not up to the task of solving the issue. Even though you can't cure stupid, you should be able to evict it! Trash management is also a constant issue that never seems to go away. I'll give it 2 stars since I like both the apartment itself and the location. The office is also very helpful when it comes to other issues. If it weren’t close to campus, I would never have chosen to live here. From day one, the office staff was unhelpful and dismissive. The fire alarm goes off randomly at night, which is terrifying for someone with heart issues. The fridge is loud, the toilet refills constantly, and there’s a dripping noise in the utility room. Trash service is overly strict and inconvenient — fines for minor things, and if you miss their limited collection window, they won’t pick it up.
