The units themselves are excellent, the location is convenient, and more retail is being developed in the area, which is a big plus. The management team is professional and helpful, and the maintenance staff are responsive and reliable. Amenities are solid as well. Fire alarms are a constant issue. I have lived here for 2 years and have been woken up to deafening fire alarms more times than I can count. As of posting, this is the FOURTH time in 48 hours the alarms have gone off during the night. It has been impossible to get an uninterrupted sleep and nothing seems to be done to fix this problem. Trash disposal is also a major inconvenience. Unlike most apartment buildings with a trash chute or dumpster you can use at your own convenience, residents are charged $30 a month for “valet t... read more

Like so many of the other reviews have already mentioned the constant fire alarms make this place borderline unlivable. The Continuum management is apparently not up to the task of solving the issue. Even though you can't cure stupid, you should be able to evict it! Trash management is also a constant issue that never seems to go away. I'll give it 2 stars since I like both the apartment itself and the location. The office is also very helpful when it comes to other issues.
