Their deep knowledge of Continuum and willingness to help make living here much easier. -Outdoor spaces: The park next door is fantastic. Continuum has been a great home for me and my pups for the last 7 years in Allston. Convenient location to whatever you need to get to in town or down the street in Harvard Square. Parking available in the garage and cool updated are totes such as a revamped game room with new pool table and shuffleboard, giant living room for parties and gatherings and a tech lounge for students and workers with individual pods for noise proof working and communications. Apartments are great as well!
Been a tenant goings 10 years...absolutely LOVE ❤️ The Continuum Allston. Immaculately kept, great amenities and the Boston location surrounded by the Charles River. Highly recommend! .
I love living here in this building, amazing facilities, including gym, study rooms and living room. The area is also safe to live in as someone who come to live here in US for only one year. This is an amazing place to choose. It’s very safe the receptionist they are amazing very helpful to everyone who is working here thank you so much.
Continuum is all about ripping off loyal tenants. Rent went from $3,500 to $4,000 in just two years, while new tenants pay less and even get free months. Renewals mean nothing but automatic hikes — negotiating is useless. Amenities are nothing special, and plenty of nearby luxury apartments with pools cost less. Continuum doesn’t care about tenants, only money. Don’t fall for it. To make it worse, when I first moved in they didn’t even give me a key.
