Although I have listed this as a remodel, it was closer to an addition - it started as a dirt-floor, walk-out basement, and is now two spacious, light rooms and a bathroom. CIC developed and provided a detailed budget layout and defined schedule during the bid process. After some puts and takes, we agreed on a contract. He managed to both the schedule and the budget with no surprises. Highly recommended.
They did a great job for us. The contractor not only was knowledgeable on resolving the problems of our older home, but was always available to answer our questions and concerns throughout the project and beyond. He and his sub-contractors were professional and courteous in all of our encounters.
