They were quick to show up for a quote and to get paperwork signed, but when our scheduled install date arrived they no-call no-showed multiple times. They did finally install a few weeks later and it turned out ok, not great but acceptable. During install they bent up a 24 foot section of the drip edge along the garage on our new build where there were no gutters being installed. I have been trying for two months to get this rectified but they will not return calls or send anybody out to look at it.

These guys are highly unprofessional! We had them scheduled to do a gutter install on Dec 9th and the day of install they did not show up or notify us. We called and they said they have no idea what happened so they re-scheduled us a week out. The day before they called and said that they had another job that was an emergency and re-scheduled us another week out. Terrible quality…scratched my new metal roof when installing, left jagged edges on down spouts, and mounted the down pipe at a 45 degree angle instead of flush with building. I called Mike and sent pics. He said he would call back and didn’t. I txt him again letting him know I put a stop payment on the check until it was corrected. I asked to meet face to face and discussed the issue and he replied, “Not if the check is cancelled.” I also let him know I filed complaints with OSHA and the Washington State Attorney General and... read more

Installed new gutters and fixed some details on a new metal roof that the original installer did not do properly. Very pleased with the results.
