I am beside myself at how neglectful, inconsistant and downright rude Lisa Katon is. My biggest complaint is that every month has been stressful trying to get my son's med refilled. At this point, I've been ignored for over 2 weeks and am rationing my son's med to avoid him suffering potentially crippling withdrawals. I have found another provider and am so relieved I won't have to rely on her anymore. Dr. Lisa has been my children’s provider for years. She has always gone above and beyond for both of them. I highly recommend her!
After seeing a real psychiatric doctor, I realized just how skewed the beliefs of this doctor are. She seems relatively uncaring about her patients. It took me a year to realize how badly I was treated by nurse Lisa, how she dismissed all of my issues as being in my head, and what real mental health treatment looks and feels like. I'd strongly reccomend people stay away from here.
Dr. Lisa is excellent. She is a great listener and has been extremely helpful to me and my mental health. Lisa is straight to the point, efficient and has a unique ability that allows her to hear something and ask the right questions. Super understanding and very wise. I hope to be her patient for a very long time.
I have been seeing Dr. Lisa Katon for some time and she is wonderful. She takes time to help me through my issues and has helped me to improve my quality of life to the point I am able to keep and maintain relationships with friends and family. It saddens me to see these bad reviews to such a great businesses. I would recommend this provider to anyone truly needing help.
