Horrible experience. I usually don’t write negative reviews on things like this, but, being a RN Case Manager myself for hospice/home health my expectations were exactly what I would provide my own patients. Got home from the hospital and had an appt the next day for the nurse to come do admission at 430. Got a call around 4 saying the nurse got sick and needed to reschedule. Great service
Dr wrote prescription for home health but owner says they dont have the staff to handle case load You would then know that with unemployment t so high this would t be the case They told us to call on another agency However the PT contract person told me she only has two clients
When I moved to Kingwood, I signed up with Connunity Home Health Care and was very disappointed. Some of the therapists did not show for appointments and still tried to bill Medicare. The nurses were always on time or let me know when they would be late. I wish I could recommend this company but I can’t.
