Dr. Aaron Katrikh is extremely kind and compassionate which is a breath of fresh air for an urgent care. I felt like the staff there genuinely cared
The usual. I always go expecting different behavior but nope, same thing EVERY time. You will NEVER see an actual doctor always, always, always a nurse or a nurse working toward their practitioner status and very very rarely, an actual nurse practitioner. You will NEVER get actual ininformed medical care. And you will NEVER see an actual doctor. They have a very simple plan here to maximize profit while while giving the least amount of real medical care. How they are allowed to continue this business practice is beyond my co... read more
This facility has it all, X-ray etc. Professional staff throughout. Very cleans, well maintained, much larger than I expected. The two women who took my X-ray’s were so helpful handled me with kindness and ease. Dr Jordan has a great bedside manner. I appreciate the fact I could make an appointment online and link my medical chart to the appointment. My only concern is how many times I had to manually write my ssn on forms, with ID theft on the rise I’d prefer to have an encrypted method of providing my SSN.
Billed my insurance incorrectly and billing team is a bunch of people who don't want to help, just hang up on you and speak rudely
I made an appointment I had to wait 45 minutes to go in to check vitals then I had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor for him to tell me he’s going to do X-rays .. why not do the X-rays while I’m waiting for an hour to see you 😡 wait another 50 minutes to do X-rays maybe more by the time I’m writing the review it’s been 40 minutes and nothing yet I hate this place 😩😩 never scheduling an appointment here that’s for sure
