Stephanie LPN is the best Nurse there:) She is caring and loves her Job! She loves her patients and treats them like they are family. I also would recommend Continue Care to anyone needing long term hospital care :)
My stepdads Nanny was there for a long time after her fall and TBI. She received exceptional care and was spoiled rotten by the team. She made an exceptional recovery and we couldn’t be more grateful to this wonderful team!
I never leave reviews but I just have to share in case anyone is considering leaving their loved ones here. My dad stayed here for a while and upon arriving I instantly had an uneasy feeling because of the horrible smell in the hallway. His room had a huge bag of trash in it and there were things in his room left behind by previous patients I'm assuming. My sister had to ask for his catheter bag to be changed because it looked like it was about to explode and my dad had dry feces on his gown/sheets a couple times like they h... read more
They do NOT even deserve 1 star - BEWARE of this death trap. My dad went here needing rehab and left on his death bed in 3 weeks. I dont have enough room to list everything they have done to him and my family but I can tell you this has also happened to another family I know personally SO PLEASE PLEASE heed this warning and DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS FACILITY. I can almost GUARANTEE they won’t make it out alive. IF you have a loved one there GET THEM OUT ASAP. You are on borrowed time!!!!!
My husband was sent to Continue Care after suffering an Aortic Dissection and 3 strokes during his valve replacement surgery. Before that, l'd never heard of LTACH or even knew we had one so close to our home. I was so upset upon arrival because Mike had 24 nurses in his room at Vanderbilt and now we were in a place I knew nothing about or what kind of care he would receive.
