Continue care of Margate sucks! The most incompetent and rude staff, (Chevra, Betsy ). 3rd BIG mess up. I had my specialist drs. Appt. After my knee surgery today (Mon); AND because of their previous incompetence I called last Fri. to make sure that they faced over my referral so I could be seen. Chevra said she faxed it out... If i could give no stars, I would! This is the most unprofessional Doctors office I have been to. The staff is rude, the Doctors are careless, and they are irresponsible. I was seen on a Thursday and had labs done, I was told I would get a call the next day for the results, I didnt. I called to get the results but they had not come in so they said I would get a call on Monday, of course I didn’t. I call on Monday & the receptionist answers & immediately puts me on hold.
