Great office staff, always in a good mood, never rude like some offices I've gone to. The lab tech, Kay is my go-to person, I don't even go to Quest because it's hard to get my vein. Kay and the others have become like family to me. The doctor, Becera is such a sweet person it's sometimes hard to believe she's my doctor.
I enjoyed the prompt and courteous service I received from Dr. Castillo and all of the staff at this facility. I obtained a flu shot and inquired about the covid vaccine and was provided accurate information and feedback. It was a 5-star visit.
The staff which answer the phones are professional, courteous, and compassionate.
