I am a client. The product is great. The reason for the 3 star review is that it has been almost impossible to contact my 'training' nurse. My calls go to an answering service that has not been set up correctly to actually take calls. Frustrated as hell.

This is a great company to work with and a very innovative product. It has helped my clients to regain dryness after prostate cancer surgery and improve their quality of life. Another option for men that does not want to rely on pad usage.
