Have you ever talked to a real estate agent, only to have them not show up on the day of your appointment to tour the property you're interested in? And even worse, you try to contact them on all their phone numbers and no one answers or responds? This is exactly what will happen to you with them. Find another real estate agency; I assure you, this one isn't the right one for you. I hope they close this company soon.
We spoke with Yelena via text message and agreed on a day and time to show the apartment. I live far away, so a friend did me the favor of going, but she never showed up. She never responded to my texts or calls again. She's completely unprofessional. I also called the office to see if they could resolve the issue, but they didn't answer me either. Don't waste your time with this company.
Honestly this place is super shady, me and my roommate went to view a listing for 1340 w Granville in Edgewater, and we were trying to ask questions about the application and yelena stopped answering along with the tenant Ryan who showed us the apartment. If I could write zero starts I would. I saw an apartment Lena had listed online and reached out. She made me schedule a viewing with her tenant, and has refused to answer the phone the many times I call. She has to be scamming people. She sent me a sheet to put my credit card info on, and when I asked her about it she just stopped replying. Do not fill this information out. What a waste of time, stay far away from this company and Yelena unless you want to be hung up on abruptly before you even ask questions about the apartment because "I cant talk anymore", have one worded responses given over text with no answer to questions and to be ignored when trying to tour. Oh, and they discriminate against those with ESA. After Yelena heard that, she conveniently stopped replying. Good thing I didnt apply yet as I would not have gotten my money back. You wouldnt either, stay clear of Yelena.
