Have you ever talked to a real estate agent, only to have them not show up on the day of your appointment to tour the property you're interested in? And even worse, you try to contact them on all their phone numbers and no one answers or responds? This is exactly what will happen to you with them. Find another real estate agency; I assure you, this one isn't the right one for you. I hope they close this company soon.
We spoke with Yelena via text message and agreed on a day and time to show the apartment. I live far away, so a friend did me the favor of going, but she never showed up. She never responded to my texts or calls again. She's completely unprofessional. I also called the office to see if they could resolve the issue, but they didn't answer me either. Don't waste your time with this company.
Honestly this place is super shady, me and my roommate went to view a listing for 1340 w Granville in Edgewater, and we were trying to ask questions about the application and yelena stopped answering along with the tenant Ryan who showed us the apartment. I wouldn’t give your money to these people it’s too good to be true. They never answered a single call, even when we requested to schedule a call at their earliest convenience they did not reply.
