I have bought 3 Volvos from Continental in the last 18 years. The service started out great, but has declined as the years go by. Yesterday, however, REALLY disappointed me. I got dropped off to pick up my vehicle which had been serviced and realized that I had left my credit card at home. Per "policy" they would not allow me to take my car and come back and pay for services. Their "courtesy shuttle" stops running at 3:30 pm (don't customers need to pick up their vehicles after work?). Shanie is the best please only work with her! The services the facility offers not so much but they are slowly working on it. I’ve thought about going back to BMW after my lease ends which is starting to look like a bigger possibility depending on the future development of the service department. Hopefully things will continue to get updated. Once again thank you Shanie it’s not your fault but this dealership needs better services for such vehicles 🤞!!! 🙏❤️
