I have been living here 15 years. When I moved in the lot rent was $250.00 and the park was spotless and immaculate. Now the lot rent is $421.00...$463 with all kinds of taxes and property tax. This place is a mess. There are piles of debris on empty lots and in common areas. Staff doesn't seem to care. I sent an email to entice them to pick up the piles before this last storm, Alberto, and received a reply that the lawn crew would look at it.
