DBA Community Title Network. The initial person that was assigned to closing was extremely rude and unprofessional so he was taken off my closing. The person who took his place was extremely professional. I did, however, find errors in the closing documents related to the fees for the builder I used. Being the preferred title company for the builder I would not expect this kind of error. I suggest you shop around and find a different title company to close with.
We have used Continental Title for over 200 closings. Their staff is knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. They respond quickly to questions, and get sales closed. We could not be happier.
