Continental Title is the BEST IN TOWN!! They have GREAT customer service, a WONDERFUL staff that doesn't skip a beat, and they TRULY care about their clients!! I have used them time and time again and will never go anywhere else!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! HIGLEY RECOMMEND!!
Very poorly managed title closing. Unprepared, and poorly communicated throughout the process. Near total ineptitude. I’ve bought/sold maybe 12 houses, so not the most ever but not a small number either. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The error that was very nearly made would have been an epic fail, very hard to undo, and just about gave me a heart attack. Trust me: there are better title companies, I would skip Continental all together. Thats my .02 cents…. Which in reality nearly cost $86k
