We tell people all the time, it all Title companies are created equal. Having been investing in real estate for a dozen years now, we have used a number of title companies. Once we tried Continental, specifically the Clayton location, wr would n ever consider anyone else. Many people think they are just pulling together all the paperwork for. Both sides of the transaction, but when unexpected things pop up, no one handles it better, and keeps things progressing better than them.

On a client level I work with Linda, Azia and Jacey and they are always quick to support and are on point with all the complicated details of closings.
