Was notified today that my title search was finished and ready. I drove to the Fenton Mo. location and again disappointment waited me. The report was not ready and then after waiting for it to be printed out, I was told by the man at the desk he did not have authority to run a credit card and it had to be a check or money order. Like what the hell. I don't carry a check book. He stated I should have be told. So much lack of communication at this place and not professional at all. Stay away from this place. What a joke of a company. They can not perform a simple Title Search and when called, they give me the run-around. Stay away from them.

I have closed on over 30 properties and Jamie has done amazing! I was forced closing here years ago (I was selling a property) had such a great experience I have never switched! Plus there are complementary beverages
