Our closing agent gave us helpful tips that lessened our workload and made the whole transaction more efficient and cost effective. I would recommend them and work with them again. Went to this company as recommended by our realtor to close on a sale few months ago. Gave wire transfer instructions to the unfriendly female staff then she asked my wife if it was ok to just wire transfer the money to my account. The staff was not a financial or marriage counselor. She should process the closing as instructed by the Client. Unprofessional.
