Lauren is consistently the best title agent I work with. I’ve done dozens of closings with her and she goes above and beyond every time, often solving complex scenarios. Very much appreciate working wirh Lauren, as you don’t get this type of experience or level of communication often.

My experience was terrible. THEY WERE VERY SLOW * They drag their feet. * They were not very responsive. POOR COMMUNICATION. * I had to call repeatedly to be informed. * "Valerie" has poor communication skills. * "Valerie" is a poor listener. * Talking with "Valerie" was like talking to a toddler. She would interrupt and talk over me whenever I was talking. * I'm not surprised as to why "Valerie" is not very smart. Intelligence comes from good listening. BEWARE!! My experience was terrible. This company displayed a large variety of problems with how they do business. VERY SLOW They drag their feet. They were not very responsive. I had to call repeatedly if I wanted to be informed on the status. POOR COMMUNICATION. A representative named "Valerie" had very poor communication skills. She was a very poor listener, interupted me while talking continually, and would talk over me repeatedly. It is no surprise to me as to why she is not very smart.
