It’s really sad when you’ve been using Continental Tire’s for 20 years and this company no longer calls their reps to make sure they have Tires in stock. I do not believe there’s a single truckstop out there now that carries Continental tires TA’s, Petros, Flying J, Loves, no longer carry the 255/70/R 22.5 drive Tires. All their reps have told me that they cannot control that and these trucks stop say they never sell them. That’s why they don’t carry them but if you don’t carry them, how can you sell them? They tell you you'll get a rebate if you use their CC so I apply and get the card and pay $900 for tires then they reject the rebate without telling you why and you have no recourse. Deceptive and fraudulent. Turns out this happens ALL THE TIME They are scam artists and charlatans. Avoid this company

Warranty not honored, playing games. Even franchise dealer where I purchased the tires does not want to deal with Conti warranty process. Edit: emailed support as instructed, unfortunately no reasonable resolution was offered. Ps. I had a very different experience with Vredestein warranty before, had an issue, called, got full refund mailed to me.

I will never purchase another Continental tire or any vehicle equipped with Continental-branded tires again. Michelin will be my only choice moving forward. My Honda Ridgeline was purchased brand new and had General tires (manufactured by Continental) installed from the factory. In less than a year, the tires began visibly cracking, with under 17,000 miles on them. This is completely unacceptable for tires that should reasonably last far longer. In August 2023, I purchased four Continental tires that were advertised with a $110 mail-in rebate. The rebate was a deciding factor in my purchase. I submitted the required rebate form and proof of purchase by mail within the promotional period. Approximately six weeks later, when I had not received the rebate, I followed up with Continental.
