Update 08/31/26 Customer care people helped me to get right I purchased four Continental tires from a local authorized Continental dealer and had them professionally installed. The dealer was listed as an authorized dealer on Continental’s website, and I followed the requirements for the advertised rebate. Unfortunately, my rebate submission was denied. I would be very cautious about purchasing Continental tires based on my experience with their rebate program. My rebate claim has now been denied twice, even though after carefully reviewing the published rebate terms, I believe my purchase qualifies for the full rebate. I followed up with Continental asking them to explain specifically why the claim was denied, and I have not received a response. It’s really sad when you’ve been using Continental Tire’s for 20 years and this company no longer calls their reps to make sure they have Tires in stock. I do not believe there’s a single truckstop out there now that carries Continental tires TA’s, Petros, Flying J, Loves, no longer carry the 255/70/R 22.5 drive Tires. All their reps have told me that they cannot control that and these trucks stop say they never sell them. That’s why they don’t carry them but if you don’t carry them, how can you sell them? They tell you you'll get a rebate if you use their CC so I apply and get the card and pay $900 for tires then they reject the rebate without telling you why and you have no recourse. Deceptive and fraudulent. Turns out this happens ALL THE TIME They are scam artists and charlatans. Avoid this company
