If you’re expecting professionalism, don’t call Continental Testing Services. I asked a simple question about NCLEX pass‑letter updates, and the representative cut me off, raised her voice, and talked to me like I was an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Extremely slow and confusing service. Baffles me why the Board of Pharmacy uses this company when all others just use NABP directly. I got my license from the Board before I got my test results from Continental?!
