I'm sorry, this is completely ridiculous. After reading some of the previous reviews, I decided to drop off my fingerprint receipt to the post office in LaGrange to be delivered to their PO box (in LaGrange) to ensure that it would actually get delivered. I have sent my official transcripts 4 separate times, multiple copies, to both of their addresses (PO box and physical address).
