When I stopped in and asked to have my results printed and obtain additional information, they were very helpful and accommodating. Much better results than calling them. Stop in and ask for Karen. Super helpful!
The news/state needs to investigate this place and everyone who works here!
They approved my application to take the NCLEX exam and then sat on it for two weeks without sending it because someone forgot to press a button, causing me to wait over three months to take my exam. Absolutely trash company staffed by trash people.
I make my test, at the first 20 minutes I answered 50 questions that I know for sure were rigth. and the 60 minutes left I spent answering the rest of the questions(in a 80 questions test). I received my results showing that I only answered 53 questions so, I dont pass the test........, how is that possible? when I know for sure that the first 50 ansewered questions were rigth.
