electric bill has tripled all summer due to the AC unit that's older than dirt and doesn't run properly. when we asked what we can do to ensure this doesn't continue we were told to not run it during 100+ degree heat.
My move-in experience has been extremely disappointing. I paid over $1,100 before move-in, only to arrive and find an apartment that was clearly not move-in ready. There were damaged cabinets, holes in the walls, scraped flooring, stained bathtubs, and numerous other maintenance issues throughout the unit.
