Terrible Attitude Towards the Customer These guys are the quintessential sleazy car salesmen. Everything about the place reeks of the attitude - "sell this car at any cost regardless of consequence". Pushy with flip answers, a rude, sleazy sales manager who is practically hissing on sales floor. A totally unpleasant experience. Killer entrance/exit Ok, so they're on 146 so you can only get in from one side of the highway. The entrance/exit is either insanely dangerous because of high speed traffic or you're stuck waiting forever for someone to let you in. Cutting through the other car parking lot is dangerous because people fly around the corners. Small dealership, waiting room for service is pretty small and not comfortable. No safe local place you can walk to to sit at.
Good Dealership My family bought our used van at this dealership and were very happy with it. They were very friendly and helpful and quickly got us our van. Definitely recommend buying cars through these people.
Awful customer service If i could i would give them a zero. I bought an impreza and 30 days later my exhaust broke off. I only have 40k miles and i thought it would be covered since it was bought 30days ago. They told me that i am out of warranty and am on my own, even though they did the state inspection on it and it passed. The exhaust cost approx $650 . I was very upset at the lack of support and type of customer service that i received from them. I would highly recommend that nobody buy anything from them ever!!!
Subaru of Milford is good a bait and switch Watch for the bait and switch. Used car listed on Internet with warranty. Fast talking salesperson or sales manager switched the internal docs to read as is without me knowing it. Signed and paid in good faith only to find price and warranty stickers in glove box after getting home. Frustrated and Disappointed I recently purchased an Outback from Subaru of Milford. When I purchased the vehicle there was no gas in the tank, seat belt clips were missing, scratches needed to be filled and buffed and it was not the interior color we had discussed. With the understanding that an appointment would be made to correct this I brought the car home. Buyer beware - ask for the number of keys Before you sign and close the deal on any used car here, ask for them to show you the keys. These microchipped keys go for $112.00 each and they don't always give you the two sets you get with a brand new car. If you don't ask, be prepared to pay extra for keys
Subaru of Keene is terrible I drove up from Boston to look at a couple of Impreza sport wagons that I saw on the website. After walking around the lot for about 20 min without seeing the advertised cars or ANY sales people. I went inside and talked to the receptionist. She paged someone in sales to help me.
