RecommendedBest experience ever! Josh walked me through everything I needed to know and learn and made it simple to understand. And right now they are scheduling appointments so only one person is allowed in the store at a time. I know they are doing this for everyone's safety, but it felt like a whole custom, VIP experience! We’ve been going to Continental for about two and a half years and have purchased 5 bikes from them now. Everyone has always been super helpful and kind and from day one I’ve been so impressed with how they like to actually get to know their customers, and care about us as people and not just that next someone coming in to buy a bike etc. Everyone knows us by name and they’ve become more like our friends than just the bike shop employees. After having technical issues on the bike course at Superiorman and having to drop out, I stopped into Continental and couldnt be happier with their attentiveness to my issue. They jumped right on it, fixed me up so I can ride tomorrow. They were super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend! and Thank You!!

Attended the Giants Ridge Ski swap today and had great assistance today. Bought new and am was so appreciative with the time the employee took to help me find skis for “me”. Ended up buying for my son too, bonus! Bring on the snow!!
