I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and visited the service department for nearly every maintenance item. I have found the dealership to have the nicest and most competent people I've ever encountered. When I am in to buy a car, it is always a smooth transaction. First, remember it is a car dealership. Street Walkers have better ethics than any of them. That is the new way of doing business at dealerships, banks, etc. because on big deals there is little repeat business. They set you up with an attractive offer and a few days later, change the deal. One is reluctant to say "no" because of all the time invested. Just take your deal to another dealership.
