I was living in the Linden Apartments in Davidson, NC, for the past 5 years. After CRC took over they were very aggressive and hostile when dealing with my roommate and myself. Asking women to walk a half mile in the pitch black at night from the planet fitness is dangerously and everyone there is paying more than enough to be entitled to a parking spot and not be extorted into paying $300 for a garage because you built 3x as many units as parking spots
I’m deeply disturbed and disappointed by the lack of urgency and concern this new management company has shown regarding resident safety. On Sunday, May 25th, a white, windowless van entered the community through the broken gates and proceeded to slowly drive through the neighborhood in a suspicious manner. Been at a Continental property for 10 years. Service has declined. This is my apartment after two plumbers fixed a leak (not my issue). Here's how they left me at 16:50. Pics won't upload. No kitchen or bathroom sinks, cabinets are strewn all over my home.
I live in Stevenson Lane Apartments. I moved into this apartment because of the availability of washer/dryer in the apartment. I won't go through the whole story. I have sent an email and all information can be found in it. To summarize, I have been without a washer for 2 weeks and have to go out and wash my clothes.
