Edited: (11/25) After posting my review as a current tenant of Golfview, the next week, the property began a raffle the for other tenants to leave google reviews. Go figure! Regardless of the bribery antics or how many people review, it doesn’t nullify MY experience here as a current tenant. I used to live here back in 08’-09’, and it was decent, but it has declined drastically. It used to be quiet, no trash, and definitely NO roaches. It is not under control. Fix the problem!! Original Review date of Marina Vista Apartments D.B.A “Continental Properties” was left (4years) ago but I unfortunately was forced to remove my review or be FIRED by my employer an Ace Hardware who has a long-standing commercial relationship with them that services several of there properties, Marina Vista being one of them. **** Please don’t let the name Marina Vista fool you!
