Stay away from any rental property that is involved with Continental Property Management LLC. I am currently involved in a lawsuit with their attorneys after i moved out from living at one of their property's for three years. Where they are charging me for water damage under THEIR water heater (impossible to know unless you disconnected the water heater and removed for yourself) also charging me for the carpet (they remove after three years of residence anyway).
