They should be investigated by the state attorney, they are the worst Management company.
They do not seem to understand the laws and do not get to know the association. I am not pleased with the outrageous costs. Would not recommend. In addition, the property manager violates board instructions and association by laws. This company is really terrible and is the reason that I left the board because they are a liability to our association. The very worst I hope my board at Fieldstone considers a new mgt company when the contract is up. I have been on condo boards before and they were much more professional. Whenever I call Pam Resnick she is on a call or in a meeting, EVERYTIME- BS.... I am a SVP and I am quite available to my customers.

CPM is the absolutely the worst property management company our neighborhood has ever had. They are rude, unprofessional, ignorant and they deal with shady HOA Board members. Jon Kotler is one of the employees at CPM who deals with very shady Board members and does not stand by the residents of Hamilton Ct. We had our Annual Election meeting last night and Jon Kotler was very condescending and very rude to the women residents who were in attendance. I hope he is removed from being our property manager.
Disrespectful to clients and negligent to property. Have been submitting reports about my gutters being blocked for days and now they are overflowing into my heat pump. I have been met with no response and in the past condescending answers and excuses.
This property management company is harassing my disabled elderly Mother. I told her to contact an attorney for this. The harassment of elderly people has got to stop! Beware of this Company, totally unprofessional.
Tyler Walk has some homes with no maintenance under Continental and Sam Agi. Letters, calls and meetings - rude, condescending and nothing done to help.
