Great company, fast to respond, customer service is top notch. They really care about their tenants. Would highly recommend.
Your Springs at Egan Drive location is terrible. The gate never works, and management does nothing to fix it. My sister and her late husband lived there. After they moved out, while my brother-in-law was dying in the hospital, they sent her directly to collections, without notice. And most of the charges are not accurate. I thought maybe this was limited to the staff at this location, but when she tried talking to the area manager, she was told there was nothing they could do.
