Fantastic! Found this company through a Google search and based on testimonials gave them a call. They had someone out for a discussion of our wants/needs and provided an estimate within a week. Work started promptly on our preferred start date. The install team was professional, friendly, efficient, and meticulous with their work. The addition looks like it was built with the house. We are very happy with the end result and can highly recommend Continental (Shade Connection) for any shade needs.
Two years ago we had a beautiful patio covered built, that's the two stars. So we decided to use Continental again for repair and/or rebuild for another patio area. I called and had a conversation in an attempt to get an appointment for an estimate. I was told that she needed to talk to her boss and would call back. It's been 10 days and no return call or appointment. I guess the new owners don't care about repeat customers. Needless to say, we found another contractor.
I was looking for a permanent sunshade that would protect the windows, reduce my cooling bills, and increase sitting area shade time on the back of my house. Blake of Continental Design guided me throughout the process including computer generated graphics of my house showing the amount of shade provided for a specific date and time of the year.
