They aren't responsive to maintenance requests and when they actually "fix" something, it's never done properly. Broken diswasher took 3 months to get replaced, attempted repair on broken oven completely ruined the entire unit and replaced with a 30 year old model from basement storage that doesn't work correctly, today is day 2 during pandemic with no hot water in the entire building and maintenance person won't answer his phone or return phone calls.
Wow I was thinking about looking into moving into these apartments because it’s so close to work, but I can’t move into somewhere where the manager doesn’t respect their tenants. Is that really how they treat their tenants? Seems like a disappointing place. I’ll be looking elsewhere.
