DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Inhabitable Living conditions ! There is black mold everywhere, bugs of all kinds, random animals, poorly built, disgusting smells, & inconsiderate management. KDR Realty should be ashamed of themselves. They are under lawsuit for another complex that has poor living conditions. Before even considering moving here knock on a neighbors door and ask them. This is a hell hole and I can’t wait to move. I’d sue these idiots if I could. One way or another KDR REALTY WILL BE SHUT DOWN !
Me and my husband have been living here with my two infant children for almost two years at this point, and everytime I put a work order it doesn’t get done until the next week after or whenever they feel like it. My flooring when I moved here I was told was brand new but within a month it started peeling and now it’s a walking hazard my son has cut his knee and I’ve cut my foot walking on it. Do NOT move here! They don’t fix anything and if they do it’s always patch work or rigged fixing! Gabe does NOT answer the phone. He will call back if you come off aggressive! We tried to move and they gave us a negative review! When I asked why, I didn’t get an answer. My credit is great and I pay my rent early every month! I would leave absolutely no stars if that was a choice. While management seemed friendly when we first met with them they do not know how to answer a phone no matter how many times you call or if they tell you they will give you a call back they do not give you a call back even if you leave them voicemails you cannot get a hold of them it's impossible it does not say anywhere in their application portal but the application fee is non-refundable but yet they're telling me the $150 I spent an application fees I can't get back ... read more
